We are offering accommodation designed not just for students living in Ústí nad Labem. The apartments are located within a walking distance (500m) from the UJEP university campus as well as the city centred magna.
All apartments have undergone thorough reconstruction and are furbished with new furniture. They include bathroom/WC and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a high-speed Internet connection and a CCTV system in the facility.

Newly reconstructed and refurbished apartments have been designed for groups of friends studying at the local uni as well as young couples or singles looking for starter flats in Ústí nad Labem. Kolej jinak will accommodate up to 22 residents.
